Service expectations
Our recorded printed cappuccino takes approximately 2:20–2:30 from order activation or confirmation to collection availability. Plan around the demonstration rather than promising rapid service to a large queue.
People on the day
Assign someone to replenishment, milk-system cleaning and operational checks. Decide who answers guest questions and manages the waiting area.
Can we rent one for a single event?
The current offer is a machine purchase. A short-term rental service and rental pricing have not been established. Tell us your intended use so we can discuss whether ownership fits your programme.
Can the coffee carry our event logo?
The machine has a separate foam printer, and our real demonstration shows a printed ForMee logo. Send the intended artwork for a compatibility check; event artwork and exterior branding are scoped separately before purchase.
Can drinks be given away instead of sold?
Tell us whether guests will pay or receive complimentary drinks. The required ordering and payment configuration must be confirmed before we promise that setup.
What is included for an event buyer?
The purchase includes a one-year warranty, remote training and installation assistance. Shipping is paid by the buyer. Event staffing, transport between events and any on-site work must be arranged separately.
