A shared point of interest
The visible robotic process brings a distinctive coffee experience into a common area, with the drink delivered through a customer pickup compartment.
Explore a robotic coffee experience for an indoor office lobby, business centre or shared workplace. A touchscreen order starts a cup journey employees and visitors can watch.
Machine purchase · One-year warranty · Remote training

The right workplace setup starts with who orders, when they arrive and who cares for the machine. Explore ForMee as an amenity or a paid coffee point, then confirm the configuration and operating responsibilities.

The machine occupies 2.1 m² before service clearance and customer space: 2.00 m high, 1.50 m wide and 1.40 m deep.
Choose compatible consumables from your preferred suppliers. There is currently no exclusive ingredient-purchasing obligation to ForMee.
Watch a cup travel through the machine. Collected by the arm, filled at the brewer, finished with a print and delivered to the customer.
Watch the recorded order, cup collection, brewing, foam printing and customer pickup. Video is shown at its original speed, without audio.
Share your location, typical on-site attendance, busiest breaks and who will handle daily care. We’ll discuss the workplace configuration and purchase quotation.
Use on-site occupancy and visitor numbers, rather than total headcount, to estimate demand across a normal week.
Check whether orders are spread out or concentrated. The recorded printed cappuccino takes around 2:20–2:30; that matters when a team arrives together.
Agree who cleans, refills and checks the machine, and how they access it. Remote training is included, but daily care still needs a local owner.
Employee badges, subsidies and company-account integrations are not confirmed features. Describe the intended ordering flow so compatibility and any development can be scoped before purchase.
Plan daily milk-system care, replenishment, waste handling and checks. Follow the M12 brewer’s cleaning schedule and the care instructions for the other components.
The available recordings show individual drink preparation. Do not assume simultaneous batch service; assess group size and waiting time with a demonstration of the intended menu.
Include ingredients, cups, cleaning products, utilities, connectivity, operator time and payment fees where applicable. Any software subscription will be specified before purchase; its terms are still being finalised.
